Mad Max is an action-adventure open world video game based on the universe of Mad Max movie. Developed by Avalanche Studios and published by Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment, which was released on Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One in September 2015 worldwide. The game is powered by the engine avalanche.It is set in a post-apocalyptic wasteland consisting of deserts, canyons and caves. Players control max rockatansky as it progresses through the desert seeking revenge on a gang of robbers, led by Scabrous SCROTUS, who stole and to build the ultimate car: Magnum Opus with his assistant Chumbucket. Mad Max emphasizes combat vehicles, in which the player uses weapons and armor upgrades in your car to fight enemies while on foot combat attacks combines professional wrestling and boxing techniques. The game has an extensive car and character customization, and soft limits, also known as the "Big Nothing", a place theoretically endless players can explore.
